Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information MiPharos Digital Marketing collects on mipharos.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Introduction
MiPharos Digital Marketing ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect on mipharos.com (the "Site") and when you engage our services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
By using the Site or our services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly: name, business name, email address, phone number, service interest, and message content you submit through our contact form or otherwise send to us (e.g., [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]). If we enter a paid engagement, additional information may include billing details, tax information, and business assets you share with us (accounts, credentials, brand materials) — those are covered by the engagement's confidentiality terms.
Information collected automatically: when you visit the Site, our infrastructure (Cloudflare and our self-hosted analytics) receives standard request metadata: IP address, approximate geolocation (country / city), device and browser information, referring page, and pages visited. We use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics (Umami) hosted at analytics.mipharos.com — no cross-site tracking, no ad profiles.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to: respond to inquiries and provide the services you request; send transactional communications (proposals, invoices, engagement updates); improve the Site and our services; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information to train third-party AI models. We do not run behavioral ad targeting on this Site.
4. Cookies & Tracking
The Site does not use tracking cookies for advertising. Cloudflare (our CDN / edge) may set a minimal set of security cookies (e.g., __cf_bm) required to protect the Site from bots and attacks; these are essential and cannot be disabled without breaking the Site.
Our analytics (Umami) is cookie-free and does not build cross-site profiles.
5. How We Share Information
We share information only in these limited cases:
Service providers who help us operate the Site and deliver our services under contract, including: Cloudflare (edge, DNS, email routing, Workers); our VPS host (Interserver, New Jersey); and any specific tools required by a client engagement (documented in that engagement's terms).
Legal reasons: to comply with a valid legal request, protect our rights, investigate abuse, or as required by law.
Business transfers: if we merge with, are acquired by, or sell assets to another organization, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
We never sell your personal information, and we never share contact-form submissions with third parties for marketing.
6. Email You Send Us
Emails sent to any @mipharos.com address (including info@, support@, sales@, legal@, privacy@) are routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to a private inbox operated by us. We retain business correspondence as long as reasonably needed for the engagement and for legal / tax record-keeping thereafter.
7. Data Retention
Contact-form submissions and inquiry emails are retained for up to 24 months, then archived or deleted, unless they become part of an active client engagement (in which case they follow the engagement's retention terms). Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual visitors; it is retained for up to 24 months.
8. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including TLS encryption in transit, isolated infrastructure, access controls, and least-privilege token scopes. No system is 100% secure; if we become aware of a breach that affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.
9. Your Choices & Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA), the EU / UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or similar. These may include the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with your request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
You can also opt out of future marketing emails by replying "unsubscribe" or contacting [email protected].
10. International Users
We are based in the United States. If you access the Site or engage our services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. under U.S. law, which may differ from the laws in your country. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to external sites (partners, tools, references). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites — review their policies before providing any information.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted at https://mipharos.com/privacy with the effective date shown at the top. Material changes will be highlighted or communicated by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
